Overview:
Bridgeborn, Inc. is looking for a Senior User Support Specialist to provide support for day-to-day operations of a classified network, including user support/help desk, quality assurance and configuration management. This individual will provide front-line support to users by troubleshooting and resolving problems, answering technical questions, and enabling operational continuity. They will monitor trouble ticket queues, respond to user requests for support, and document solutions. Individual will work closely with other support teams with the goal of providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Experience and Education:

  • 4-6 years of experience in IT field.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows-based workstation.
  • TCP/IP LAN troubleshooting.
