Bridgeborn awarded sub-contract to support the US ARMY Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Architecture Integration Management Division (AIMD)


Virginia Beach, VA – August 15, 2011 – Bridgeborn today announced that it was awarded a sub-contract to support the US ARMY Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Architecture Integration Management Division (AIMD). Bridgeborn is sub to Information Systems & Global Services (IS&GS) a unit of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Under this contract, the Lockheed Martin team will provide operational architecture development, architecture integration, data management, and data visualization support to AIMD.

Our current effort will focus on advanced visualization for reporting of DoDAF architectures in addition to providing strategic guidance on data management and web services.

Bridgeborn has provided services and solutions to US ARMY for enterprise architecture since 2005. Early support to ARMY G2 focused on rapid prototyping for visualization of Department of Defense Architecture Frameworks (DoDAF). In 2008, Bridgeborn began support of Army CIO/G6 Architecture Integration Center (AAIC) for feasibility studies focused on developing an enterprise solutions for data driven, interactive reporting and analytics for Army enterprise architectures, including those modeled under Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF). Successful feasibility studies were transitioned into an operational utility within authorized system of record; one such successful study and prototype resulted in Bridgeborn’s support of AIMD, which started in June 2009.
