Since early 2008 Bridgeborn has been supporting the US Agency for International Development (USAID) through a multi-year prime contract providing mission focused support services within the Knowledge Services Center (KSC) and Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC). In 2009 Bridgeborn expanded its footprint in the Civilian market with multiple contract awards with on-site staff supporting the Department of Justice (DoJ).
Services Provided:
Bridgeborn’s support across multiple programs within the Civilian markets focuses on providing a unique blend of Information Technology, Research and Knowledge Management Services. The Information Technology services we provide cover the entire lifecycle of an IT program from analysis of strategy and requirements through design, implementation, and maintenance. Our on-site staff working in support of USAID includes skilled researchers with sector specific experience that produce a range of deliverables including "quick turn" products as well as comprehensive deliverables such as analytic reports and virtual research products. Our team also supports USAID’s knowledge management goals and requirements through Strategic planning for KM program implementation and creation / management of USAID’s document libraries and repositories.

USAID: Bridgeborn provides professional support services in the transformation of USAID’s Knowledge Services Center (KSC) while also supporting USAID policy development which strengthens high-visibility initiatives for the Agency Administrator. Bridgeborn has started and will continue the important work of modernizing and linking together the critical assets of the Development Experience Clearinghouse, the USAID Library and the Learning Resources Center using a state-of-the-art software application.
